My first time actually posting something here, because I don't often write  for Saiyuki. I hope you enjoy it!

Force est de constater que je n'ai plus du tout (genre du tout) le temps de gérer les communautés que j'ai démarrées avec amour et obsession. :/ Ma Real Life se partageant présentement entre Boulot 1, Boulot à Temps Très Partiel, Syndicat Merdique de Condo, Saison 2009-10 de Hockey et Temps Perdu dans les Transports Publics, je n'arrive plus tellement à gérer avec satisfaction ma Online Life.

Pour ceux qui seraient intéressés, je voudrais trouver une nouvelle maison pour les communautés suivantes : fic_sur_demande (mon bébé n'amour que j'aime tellement pourtant ♥), 10_choix et 5_sens.

Malgré un certain foirage sur la gestion du dernier Round de kinkenstock, je me risque à la conserver encore sous mon aile. Par contre, si quelqu'un est intéressé à co-modérer avec moi (gestion de tags, ajout aux memories, éventuels rappels pour poster les demandes/démarrer le Round/etc quand je croule sous la Real Life), faites-moi un coucou, je vous accepterai avec grand cœur.

La question va certainement paraître idiote, mais bon je me risque, c'est pour la bonne cause (c'est boulot-related, \o/). Si vous travaillez dans l'enseignement ou que vous êtes étudiants, j'aimerais vraiment beaucoup tout plein si vous pouviez répondre à la question suivante (voir faire passer le post around, ce serait sympathique d'avoir plusieurs avis).

Quelles solutions technologiques sont mises en place dans votre école pour vous aider ? Ça peut être tout et n'importe quoi : clés USB fournies, contenant ou non du matériel pédagogique, prêts d'ordinateurs portables ou autre, accès à des/utilisation de tableaux interactifs (Activboard ou Smartboard par exemple), laboratoires informatiques disponibles le matin/le midi/le soir, logiciels spécifiques, formations/introductions à des logiciels précis/à de nouvelles technologies...

In recent weeks, we've taken huge steps towards blocking spam accounts on LiveJournal. In fact, we've suspended as many as 30,000 accounts in a single day! RSS feeds again

If you're addicted to xkcd_rss, icanhaschzbrgr, or other syndicated feeds, we're pleased to report that we've resolved the update error that was mucking up your RSS feeds. While content was being pulled correctly, it wasn't being posted to the feeds themselves. Late last week, we finally nailed down what we hope was the root problem, so content should post properly. We thank you for your patience.

Few years ago stumbled across "video" on YouTube of drama CD (I think) of Ishida and he was doing ALL the roles in it, so just him. Mother, father, brother... was a whole family. Did a You Tube search and got nothing and because I remember so little about it, google search isn't getting me anywhere... anyone can help? Thanks!

So I went to yaoi con. My surprising find? A table at the swap meet with a hell of a lot of Saiyuki drama CDs for a dollar each.

I figured I had all of them thanks to the internets, but I really wanted to own them. And for a dollar each? Hells yes. So I bought all of them there, which was 16 of them.

But there was a surprise! Two of them, simply titled "Saiyuki 1" and "Saiyuki 2" were ones I had never heard before. They were made in 1999 with the original OVA cast, made just a few months after the OVA actually.

So instead of Seki, Hoshi, Hirata, and Ishida, it's Takagi, Okano, Yamadera, and Ishida. Even the Kougaiji crew and the gods have different voices. And it makes it a bit difficult to tell who is who at first XD but ya.

So I ripped them for everyone!

They aren't the beginning of the story. In fact, they are completely original stories we haven't seen/read/heard before. The first one is a fairly short story that's fairly uneventful XD. Some youkai, some monks giving them some hassles, general ikkou shenanigans. The second one is far more servicey, though. The ikkou wind up at some fancy onsen and end up staying there. And, for the lulz, the Kougaiji crew show up as well! The two groups end up bumping into each other in the hot spring and they all end up going back to the ikkou's room for shenanigans. Like Hakkai and Yaone having a drinking contest, Goku and Lirin playing a never ending game of ping pong, mahjong, and the weirdest karaoke I've ever heard.

Though I prefer my Seki, Hoshi, and Hirata to play the parts, it's still lots of fun. Really the main differences between these two and the rest of the drama CDs and the manga is that 1) Hakkai CAN get wasted, 2) Dokugakuji is more like Gojyo, 3) Sanzo's quite a bit more lenient.

I'm looking for scans of vol 9 of Saiyuki Reload, raw or translated, I'm not picky. I already do own an official copy, bought legally in Japan. However, said copy is currently at home in the States, while I'm in England, and I was really hoping to read it now that I've caught up on the earlier stuff. If anyone could help, that'd be great. Thanks!
